If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. “Disappointed with this purchase, were meant to be presents for Christmas, no box or charger which was not mentioned in the description, paid for 2 only 1 received so far and I now have to pay out again for new boxed ones.”
