“I received my gilet, unfortunately with no portable battery. I emailed wowcher customer services 3 times and each time they came back as your mailbox was full. I tried again today, same thing. Poor service.”

“The gilet jacket needs a battery to heat it, this is not supplied so you cannot use,the jacket was a present for my sisters birthday,”

“I bought this jacket for my granddaughter who is at college...she as to b on the horse yard for 6am...so I thought get her this jacket and keep her warm. But it did not come with a power pack....so shes still cold..so is there any chance u could get one to me...its just been a waste of time”
