“I thought I’d been sent the wrong item when I received a thin small fleece. Looked nothing like the pic and certainly was nothing like the description. I queried it with the company who informed me it was the right item. Biggest con and total pile of rubbish. Took ages to arrive. Poorly packaged with no invoice included. Apparently you pay for return postage. It’s now used in guinea pig cage as its only fit for this. Do check out the company reviews online. It would appear they make a habit of ripping people off. DO NOT BUY !”

“I ordered 2 jumbo cord teddy fleece but only received 1 the other was just a plain fleece this was gift an they were disappointed I no it's to late to return as all packaging was put in recycling.”
