“Took ages to try set up as the QR code did not work and should have been a code no below. Was not. Rang Ring customer service who said these models were now discontinued by them. Prob hence why available Wowcher. But do not connect up”

“Brought the wowcher and it wouldn’t let me purchase the doorbell. It did not recognise my code. Forget contacting customer services it’s a joke no one gets back to you. Ended up paying for 2 doorbells just to receive another code. Absolute joke. Still waiting on a refund and a response to any of my emails”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used.
