“We haven't been for the meal yet but have dined there before and are sure that it will be good. The voucher is excellent value. I wasted a lot of time trying to book. The voucher refers to a booking confirmation and implied that one could make a booking via the link supplied. This was not so. After putting in my code, I got a message saying that the code was verified and could go no further. There was no way to choose a date to make a booking. I rang and later emailed the restaurant, to be told that I couldn't make a booking direct. I contacted Wowcher by WhatsApp and was told to just turn up with the printed voucher, contrary to the references to obtaining a booking confirmation. I have emailed the restaurant again, telling them when we shall attend. They have now accepted this so we can look forward to enjoying a meal.”
