“Received unable to connect to internet or change time and date from 2023 . Returned and had to pay £7 postage Received probably the same laptop back with the same issues so that will cost me another £7 very unhappy”

“It would not charge dispite leaving it plug in for 20 hours, so waiting to return it for a refund and the outside was a bit tatty”
