“This was one of the nicest afternoon teas we have ever had . The cakes & scones were smaller than usual but that is good as generally we can’t eat both … The teapots were constantly being refillled . Our table was inside but setup near the patio door to the garden so perfect for a warm afternoon. The service was impeccable ad our waitress was very efficient but not intrusive. We recommend the experience to anyone & only regret was no time to sit in the lovely lounge !! Next time ..”

“Myself and a friend had afternoon tea this afternoon which was absolutely delicious. I'm a vegetarian so they kept my sandwiches etc seperate from the other food as requested, we couldn't eat all the food as they were very generous. Would highly recommend.”

“I booked and paid for afternoon tea for myself and my husband for a 2.30 sitting in Findon Manor Hotel. On the morning of the proposed visit my husband was suddenly taken ill so I phoned the hotel at 11.00 and ask if I could rearrange the tea. I was told I needed to give 48 hours notice to rearrange and I pointed out I didn’t know my husband was going to be unwell. I was then told they may be able to accommodate a change if the sandwiches hadn’t already been made. Unfortunately after checking the kitchen the message was that the booking could not be changed because all the food been prepared and would now have to be put in the bin!! Whilst I appreciate the 48 hour cancellation policy perhaps I was lucky not to be eating food which had been prepared for hours.”
