“Told the waiter we had a voucher they didn’t look at it but said they will sort it out when paying ,ordered our food and had to wait a long time as they were holding a staff meeting (during a busy time) finally got the food and it was lovely went to pay at end and they scanned the voucher but said nothing had been deducted so had to pay full price for our meals ,I’ve reported this to Wowcher who contacted the merchant who said our voucher was redeemed at certain date and time which I agree it was scanned but it did not take off the voucher discount so payed in full but cannot use the voucher again as it did scan so I am very disappointed,”

“The food is really good. Great value for the voucher amount. Staff were very friendly and it’s in an easy location to get to. Isn’t too busy and has a nice warm, family feel to it.”

“We enjoyed our meal very much. Food very good. Salad bar followed by steak and ribs, in total £10.00 extra but worth every penny and deserts to die for! Yes, it was a restricted menu, but seemed to have something for everyone. not sure I'd be willing or able to afford to eat off the full menu, some dishes appeared to be very expensive. but as for our enjoyment, we had a lovely time. last but not least staff were very friendly and helpfil.”

“I paid for a three course meal, 2 adults and 2 children. They told me that the kids could only have two course, I would of only gotten a 2 course meal if I known”
