“We received a warm welcome, everything was explained to us and we were shown where we needed to go when given our itinerary for the day. Our treatments were amazing and we had friendly spa staff to help make it a relaxing experience. Our afternoon tea was lovely, however would have liked more options and better fillings in the sandwiches and a little more attentiveness with drinks orders. The fire and ice experience was really good, but the "12 rooms" includes some rooms being repetitive such as the "rainforest shower" at the beginning and the end and the sauna rooms being very samey. However the aromatherapy steam rooms and the igloo room were fantastic. Hydrotherapy pool was great too, just a little too overwhelmed with the chlorine. The women's changing rooms could benefit from more shower cubicles/areas and changing cubicles. Not everyone is body confident or comfortable getting naked and changed infront of others. There was only 1 changing cubicle. Overall we did enjoy our experience and wouldn't let the little things put us off retuning in the future.”

“Absolutely wonderful Spa day - very welcoming staff and Fire and Ice - we’ll be back!! Face and neck treatment by Kealey was wonderful and my face is glowing - afternoon tea - beautifully prepared and tasted gorgeous. We even had a couple of cheeky 2 for 1 cocktails with coffees earlier in the day. Left floating on a cloud and was great value for money as well as exceptional facilities and service. I would not hesitate recommending to anyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“We had a lovely day , at the belfry for our spa day . Staff were really helpful and friendly . My therapist Lisa ( started 3 weeks ago) was very professional and probably one of the best massages I have had .”
