“when these plants arrived I immediatley checked the roots and to my dismay the plants were rootbound in the pots. It is really difficult to get root bound plants to thrive but I have potted these into bigger pots and will just have to wait and see if they grow at all. I doubt they will be I will give them a chance and if they don't grow I will contact Thompson & Morgan asking for either a refund or a replacement”

“Nothing wrong with the plants except that the box packaging had collapsed breaking the plants half way up their stems presumably due to heavy items thrown on top by the delivery people.”
