“Very clean bedroom and shower room. Comfortable beds. Restaurant food was excellent with a good choice. Situated in a nice village with a train station nearby. Trains to Glasgow and Dumfries. The staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and they seemed to enjoy their work.”

“Excellent standard of cleanliness throughout. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. The shower room was spacious with a good quality shower and it was very clean. The food was very enjoyable and there was a good choice of dishes. The staff were a delight. They seemed happy working in the hotel and were eager to please the guests. Nothing seemed too much trouble to them. We will definitely stay here again.”
