“Have had better elsewhere, when delivered only 6 finger sandwiches, cakes, and only 1 scone, told staff and they bought extra scone out, not worth the money, will not be going again”

“We only had 7 settings rather than 8, the tea was cold but hot chocolate was very hot but it was given to children with no handles so they burnt there fingers even an adult burnt fingers as had cup with no handles. No tea pots so had to ask for more drinks. We had only 1 jam between 2 and was only given other options when asked. The scones were no bigger than a 50p piece and were stale. Cakes were tiny and were definitely frozen cakes. The bread was stale and were tiny. Filling was slinky and sloppy There should of been 4 tiers but only 3 came and so the 4th was just brought out on plates so it took away 1 couples afternoon tea experience.There was 1 lady on reception and serving us at same time. She was lovely and helpful but struggled with serving us all as she was rushed off her feet. There was building works in other room so we was put in the breakfast room which we was not aware of until we got there. The experience was not special it was almost as if they just put it together last minute. We feel the afternoon was ruined”

“The food was really nice was just disappointed when come to the cocktails as had opinion of 4 but when come to ordering the was only one that was available on day apart from that was nice”
