“Unable to redeem vouchers on 30th July despite Wowcher site saying can be redeemed any time until December 2023.Unable to contact Wowcher other than what's app and after 9 days,over 59 messages and a completely ruined holiday to Isle of Mann due to having to maintain internet connection from hotel or in other premises to communicate with this totally intransigent company,WOWCHER, EVENTUALLY HAD AUDACITY TO SAY MY CLAIM FOR REFUND WAS OUT WITH 14 day allowed. WHY WAS I NOT TOLD THIS AT MESSAGE NO. 1 INSTEAD OF WELL OVER 50 MESSAGES REQUESTING SCREENSHOT, WHATEVER THAT IS, SAYING REDEMPTION NOW WORKING WHEN IT CERTAINLY WAS NOT FOR ME.APPARENTLY WOWCHER COULD NOT READ OR UNDERSTAND A VERBATIM COPY OF THE WORDING OF THE MESSAGE FROM PETER PAN COMPANY STATING THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO SUPPLY MY TICKETS. THIS WAS FESPIE AN ASSURANCE FROM THE PRODUCER THAT THERE WERE TICKETS AVAILABLE. THANKFULLY PRODUCER HAS AGREED TO PROVIDE TICKETS TO ME AT THE AGREED ORIGINAL PRICE PAID. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER DERVICE FROM THEM AS OPPOSED TO TOTALLY INTRANSIGENT,UNHELPFUL RESPONSE OF W.OWCHER. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO DEAL WITH”

“Scammed by wowcher, wasn’t able to select the date I wanted out of the 4, have been given incorrect email addresses to contact people, wowcher claiming the problem is out of their hands even though I purchased through them.”
