“Watch arrived in a plain brown box in a Jiffy bag. The watch is either completely dead and needs charging or it doesn’t work. Won’t switch on despite having to refer to You Tube for instructions. What reputable retailer would send a watch to a customer in that condition!! NO CHARGER, NO INSTRUCTIONS. So now I will have to purchase a charger, wait for that to arrive and just hope I haven’t been ripped off! Very very disappointed this was supposed to be a birthday present to myself.”
