“The cream tea was lovely, the spa was absolutely fabulous and deserved 5 stars, the rest of it not so much! Our room was small and tired, the bathroom door was difficult to lock, the water pressure in the over bath shower was low and the one lift broke down during our stay. The outside area was scruffy with lots of rubbish about and in all honesty I would highly recommend the spa but could not recommend the hotel.”
