“For what I got I’m glad it only cost £24. Inc postage. The wait time is a month so order it immediately & then remember it’s going to be at least 30 days to arrive, You might forget making it even more of a surprise!. Big heavy box arrived with a mixture of goods from all areas of groceries. As stated some were out of date so personal choice what you do with those & others were close by or still in date. This was a one off purchase using the offer just to see if it was worth it & for £24.00 probably. If like me you’re not far from a Rodgers Wholesale that’s a better option having similar items plus you pick what you want.”

“I have been trying to contact the provider for a week now,I have sent emails and live messages and they never get back to you,so I've asked in a email for a cancellation and refund because of the lack of service and god knows what is going to happen,so far it seems like a scam”

“MYSTERY GROCERY CLEARANCE Box I took advantage of the Mystery Grocery Clearance offer in the Wowcher email I received from you and put an order in to ClearanceXL for one of their boxes at a cost of £23.98. This happened six weeks ago on May 28th and it says on the invoice (Order Number IN53182) that 28 days should be allowed for delivery. I've waited the 28 days and have been attempting to contact ClearanceXL for an update on the order, however they don't answer the phone and haven't responded to messages that I've left them. I'm therefore giving this a review of very poor as I haven't received my order and have lost £23.98.”

“Took a while to come, but was very impressed with the contents and my kids loved the mystery of the box, it was like lucky dip! Definitely worth purchasing the discount voucher as you get such a huge amount of food for a bargain price.”

“I still have not received the food box from XL.I thought I would be saving on my shop for the family, but at present.I have no delivery date and have been waiting well over 31 days and counting for information.I have tried customer service but no reply.I am out of pocket with no food.Wowcher needs to help buyers and XL need to help”
