“Experience was amazing and very well priced HOWEVER, the customer service from the WhatsApp messenger that you have to access with queries was shocking, I asked a simple question which was are seats together and responses were very short and unhelpful. Finally got the answer of yes the day before the event. Amazing price, truly shocking customer service.”

“Initially easy process, bought one adult and 1child ticket as a gift. Unfortunately only one was sent as gift and one wowcher was redeemed.As the event is sold out , I’ve a very disappointed child. Contacted customer services but they were not able to redeem the expired wowcher. As a good will gesture they refunded me the ticket value , so not too out of pocket. So be careful when gifting and make sure you redeem each ticket”
