If you do not like the gift/ item, the gift/ item cannot be exchanged for an alternative gift/ item. This does not affect your cancellation rights. You’ll receive one item for each £9.99/£14.99 paid. If you buy multiples you’ll get an item for each £9.99/£14.99 paid. Because you can buy multiples, you might receive the same product more than once.

“Not good,mystery item fine,but kitchen item was damaged and unpackaged and royal mail had to re package and put a notice on it.the baking tins were damaged.”

“Thank you for the mystery gift it was a good experience I know there's lot of things people can win but for my own one it's wasn't the one I was expected. The post charges are a bit expensive but everything you sales are good quality " my spoons where roasted”
