“Horrendous experience, item was not what ordered. Lights were totally different. Was stuffed in brown box that was to small, not the correct box for it so the tap was bent making it look cheap. Wowcher just kept passing me on to the machant, the machant were not making sense in messages, kept repeating themselves, unhelpful, unclear and although accepted they had sent me a different item to what was ordered wanted me to pay return. Would never shop with either again. This was bought as a gift and I cannot give it to them in this state.”
