“I bought 2.One was beautiful and came in a lovely green storage bag.The other was horrible and came stuffed into a plastic bag.This caused the pillow to become misshapen .and lumpy with a dipped area of emptiness due to being folded to squeeze into the bag..It looked second hand.I have photos as I have requested return details and replacement..”
