“My first purchase of the Red Robin Tree was fantastic, I was really pleased, so much so that I ordered another My second purchase of the Red Robin Tree was diabolical, there is not much of the top, the red leaves and branches as they have been hacked off. I am really disappointed and very annoyed having paid the same price as the beautiful tree. I think I should be refunded.”
