“poor delivery have still not received my order was supposed to be on the fifth it is now the14th and still waiting... it is now the 15th october and it still not arrived THIS IS NOW THE 16TH OF OCTOBER AND HAVE HAD NO CONTACT FROM EVRI THEY HAVE ADMITTED THEY HAVE RECIEVED FROM YOU BUT THERE IS STILL NO DELIVERY WHAT IS THE PROBLEM////////// would somebody please answer my complaint”

“Dreadful. Not as advertised. Nothing like a nine foot reach. It's nine feet from the very bottom of the base to the tip of the shears when fully extended and pointing directly upwards. They are only the same length and normal,long reach shears.”
