“Received, charged for 4 hours till fully charged, I used it for about 3 minutes to try out, straightened hair lovely but red light was on and after 3 minutes of use took another 60 mins to recharge, have requested a refund”

“Unfortunately, this item was returned as it failed to hold a charge. I tried 3 times but it did not improve. Following charging I was only able to use once then if required to be charged again. Very frustrating. Not as described.”
