“Easy to put together. Thought the arms could be better shaped but they are okay. Massage is nice but neck could be forward a little bit as when sitting upright it's uncomfortable to put your head on head rest.”

“The seat don't vibrate if you unplug the seat the rest works as soon as you plug seat in it switches off”

“The chair does the job but it is flimsy and i had to tighten it up few times already in the last few days. Secondly, it doesn't sit upright and its always in a slightly reclined position so it is not ideal to work while sitting on it for too long.”

“chair has no qaulity cushioning legs so thin they were bent castors are rubish dont move over the floor properly very poor quality.”
