“What a total waste of time and effort ordered the software then the redemption code didn’t work after struggling through the mine field of links and getting in touch with Wowcher via WhatsApp which was not a helpful way of communicating i finally got a software down load link and access key then downloaded the software only to find it was not opening on my laptop i tried to contact the software distributor via a number which was I think somewhere in Germany at my cost only to get a dead tone which suggests the number did not exist then tried again via another link to the same number only to get a poorly recorded voice message in what I think was German st the end of which the line got cut off. As of present I am still awaiting a reply from several emails to distributor and Wowcher regrading clarification or refund this was four days ago to a message sent via WhatsApp. Extremely disappointed with this endeavour and wish for a swift resolution”

“The wowcher did not work and I had to get customer care involved. They did contact the vendor who sorted the download. This then did not work, my anti virus keeps on putting it into quarantine. Contacted vendor with no reply. Next day contacted wowcher customer service who wrote to vendor. A further 24 hours later still no reply chased wowcher to be told I had to allow 3 working days. Still unable to use the programme and will have to chase again tomorrow”

“Bit of hassle really, got code from WOWCHER, Then had to contact the seller who had to send the link and license, which again took some time Then tried to install, which would not load on our pc or laptop. Then showed virus warning Contacted the seller who did not reply, had to contact WOWCHER again. They tried to contact the seller, and he finally contacted me. He asked for screenshots which I sent, now still waiting for him to respond Not the best shopping experience, as paid for something, which we still not received”
