“The slacks that the mattress rest on where damaged during the loading process or during the dilevery. I provided evidence showing i discovered the damages whilst unpacking. Very disappointed”

“Bed looks lovely however it was damaged and the mattress not great as you roll into the middle. I have tried to contact seller twice and now Wowcher have contacted them and asked me to give company 72 hours to reply. I understand it will probably be a manufactured fault however not being able to contact the company is frustrating unlike when you buy from a shop. Not a happy customer with this Bed.”
