“Arrived broken into tiny pieces! I’m not very pleased as I asked for a refund and it was given to me in a voucher which is not what I asked for. I wanted my money back to my card. I was told that there was an extra £2.50 but it was a lie. If there was a zero star that’s what I would have given! Extremely poor service and quality”

“Despatched on time but held by courier for approx 18 days. When finally delivered it was in flimsy packaging and had no fragile sticker so not surprising it arrived smashed to smithereens. Have sent 3 emails so far and no replies to date so customer service appears lacking. Finally got a reply but a replacement would take 10-12 days to deliver so opted for a refund and deleted Wowcher from my preferred sites. Will buy the same product locally”
