“The stay in Venice was nice. Good location easy to get to the main town. The train ride from Venice to Florence had some stunning views and it was comfortable too. My stay in Florence however was a nightmare I couldn't get in touch with the owners there was no one to let us in. We were buzzed into the building by the music room and my husband guessed the combination lock. Place was deserted we use the reception phone to call the owner and still no answer. We didn't see them until the next day. We asked them to put the heating on because we were cold, they didn't and left us in a cold room we had to use the hairdryer to warm us up. The owners were racist and rude.”
