I took it to a computer shop and the technician said there was a 'problem ' inside. So, I am returning it. Thank you and I hope to be more successful in my future purchase. “It arrived but doesn't work will not charge turn on then goes off battery is flat. Have emailed suppliers and have not received a reply. Tried to contact Wowcher no phone number no email address only WhatsApp turns out to be a virtual assistant says diverting me to customer support of computer suppliers who don't even respond to email. Stuck with Thinkpad that doesn't work going on holiday in a week if nothing sorted the 14 day return policy will be gone. Absolutely hopeless customer service can't speak to a human to resolve. Hope someone sees this and responds customers are your life blood so allow us to speak to you to resolve issues not some AI bott. Not a happy customer have read the reviews of your computer supplier and people say they take a week to respond and even then don't get it right.”

“Happy but didn't state it was a qwerty U.S keyboard. So now need to use the character map for the £ sign all the time.”
