“The plant was not as pictured it had various dried up hair like stringy which took away from the plant itself also the leaves are quite flimsy and half dead.”

“Very dissatisfied. Plant arrived smaller than expected with several broken and damaged leaves 9 leaves on the plant six were broken. Now all turning black. Garden express response was appalling and they refused to send a replacement. They said the plant was healthy and would probably survive. This was not what I paid for and it was a complete waste of £28. Gardening Express said I could return it at my cost using a tracked courier. This is dreadful customer service and I shall never use them again! Their excuse was plants can get damaged in transit. In my view they should not be advertising and sending plants through the post if they can’t guarantee safe delivery which ensures the item arrives in perfect condition.”
