“I didnt recieve my purchase, I have been chasing their customer service till date , no one has responded to this querry. It showing delivered but I never received it. I sent a 2 email to the merchant through my Wowcher and have not gotten a respond, i tracked with the tracking number from Evri and my postcode is not recognised by the system.”

“I placed an order which stated that it would arrive 2 weeks in advance of my holiday. The item did not arrive & Evri stated the item was lost. I emailed the company & asked for a refund to which they ignored & sent out a replacement product which will arrive while I am on holiday. I have now had to buy another suitcase for my boy & Wowcher would not assist me in this process. They just kept say in g contact the merchant even though I bought through their site. Terrible service & experience with Wowcher & seller.”
