“Staff were so friendly and food was lovely No problem with check in at 4pm as stated Thee was a small issue with the shower room door which was quickly and satisfactorily sorted by a room move before we unpacked Hotel is very clean, rooms, beds, bed linen and towels all clean and soft. Reading previous comments about decor needing an update, I agree but it no way spoiled the stay and I'm sure the hotel will continue to work through updating the rooms a few at a time. It was very busy and full, I think this is testament to it being a popular place to stay. The entertainment was really good too! We have already booked to go back again next month”

“Not very happy with the hotel as my husband has came out all in a rash since our stay on his back and top half also when sat too our evening meal were put on a table having damp dripped on us from the ceiling”
