“I recently sent a complaint to say that this order has not been delivered, even though Wowcher said it was despatched and would have been here before or on 4th April 2023. It is also difficult to contact Wowcher; they say they have changed email addresses and suggest another way to contact them. Unfortunately, when trying this 'other way' there are pre-questions which do not directly address one's concerns and one is never really sure whether the comments you made have actually got to them. I have previously had to go through PayPal and have actually lost money previously because I waited for them to resolve the matter and passed the deadline for a refund. If I do not hear from them within the next few days I will have to go through PayPal AGAIN.”
