“Awful beyond words, late in delivery and nothing like the photo.... returned items for refund which cost me £12 postage as they would not allow me to drop it off to the return address I was given which is 3 miles from me.. they insisted on proof of postage .”

“Item arrived incomplete. I was sent the blades and a screwdriver but no base or nuts and bolts so totally useless. I now have to wait another 7-10 days for the missing parts to be sent from China……NEVER AGAIN”
