“The item came without any of the nuts and bolts. I emailed customer service, to see if they could send me some but I got an automated email saying here’s a return label send the item back. The issue was, I needed the trolly for a festival in a couple of days. I emailed again to see if they could send me a full replacement of the item and I will send it back, they brushed the matter off again and said send the item back and buy again. No help whatsoever and if I bought the item again, it wouldn’t have come in time. For top notch customer service, they would send a replacement with out next day delivery. Instead I had to spend £20 at B&Q for nuts and bolts. Thanks guys.”

“Great value for money. Sturdy and strong easy to put together. I am a senior citizen and I purchased it specially to transport my supermarket shop from my car to my flat which is a decent walk from the car park. Well pleased with the trolley. Thank you.”

“Although the trolley folds up it only folds in half and not concertina, which takes up more room in a car.”

“Super affordable and amazing quality. Arrived in fast time and very good communication on dispatch and delivery time. The trolley was easy to assemble and very sturdy with lots of space. Great for gardening, shopping and festival I highly recommend fab item”
