“Using this company was a disaster. The hotal was terrible, but the staff was nice. They take pictures of the room to make it look spacious, but in reality they are small little cupboards sizes rooms with a tiny toliet and shower at the end which lacks real privatcy. i thought i was getting entrance to both paks but its only one and you have to pay for the other when you get there. The price they advertise is misleading so please read everything real meticulously. Overall i will never ever use them again. Plus the travel agent tried to change my dates and then ask me for more money because they said what i paid for wasnt available anymore. Never use this wowcher if you can help it..”

“Hotel was okay but room wasn’t made up or given fresh towels in the three days we were there . Our Disney tickets didn’t work which was really frustrating as we queued up for a long time , I did email prime holidays who did send new tickets straight away. Pros good location 15 min walk to Disney and 5 min to shopping mall and outlet with restaurants .”

“Do not use this for a family holiday; only for couples. The holiday does not cater for transfers and the hotel given was different from the advertised one. Flight was with Easyjet and room only accomodation. We paid extra for an early flight, then had to wait hours for check in as was not informed at the start that check in is usually from 3 or 4pm. Initially hotel staff were nonchalant, but later the service improved. I will not use this service again.”

“The booked this for 6 people in the basis that we would receive 3 rooms at one of the 4* hotels in the offer. Instead we were offer 1 room between 6 of us. I refused and they repeatedly said they had no availability in any other 4* hotels. Eventually we were given 2 rooms (not 3) in a very standard 3* boring hotel much further from Disneyland. Also, the flights are not to Charles de Gaulle, instead they are to another airport very far away from Disneyland. It cost us €400 round trip just getting to and from the airport. Spend a little extra upfront and go with a decent travel agent instead.”

“Flights were fine with EasyJet although delayed BUT the accommodation was awful! Burnt out cars behind what can only be described as poor quality student rooms. So bad we left after the first night and booked elsewhere”
