“Whilst feeding the tiger was great, the zoo was very unorganised, food was ridiculously priced considering the lack of quality, a lot of the staff were not very helpful when it came to asking for information.”

“We were expecting big cats like lions, Tigers, cheetas etc. all were there a Lynx & snow leopard. Very disappointing…”

“Amazing experience for the whole family to enjoy. We live an hour and half away from this zoo but it has always been my favourite zoo without even experience the big cat encounter. Would definatly recommend to any family. The keepers are very knowledgable and kept the kids. Engaged throughout. Would do this all again. Great value for money”

“Don't answer the phone so I'm unable to book this experience. Emailed twice now with no reply (answer machine stances they will reply within 48hrs) still waiting a week later. Also it works out cheaper to go direct to the park website with the current discount.”
