“A bit disappointed as was hoping to swim but there was swim aerobics on so could only get in jacuzzi which was pretty full due to no one really being able to use the pool, one lane was open but already 3-4 people trying to swim in, fell was all a little confusing I followed arrows for cafe but could I find. Then went for spa treatments to be told we have 45 mins till our turn, but told day before to get there 30 mins early. Unfortunately we didn't get to use massage service as had a phone call that made me leave early, the girls on reception however offered to let us know if they have more slots to book us in for our massage we didn't get to do. This may be a lovely treat for some people but I found it confusing and to busy and didn't feel relaxed as should of done. None of staffs fault just felt defo not worth I paid as couldn't use pool or sauna room”

“Good size pool with jacuzzi and sauna. Restaurant comfortable. A limited range of food but all very tasty. Spa relaxation room was pleasant and treatments were very relaxing. Happy to recommend as a lovely relaxing treat.”

“We have enjoyed Spa days at this venue previously. The only disappointment we have had on the three occasions we have been for a spa day is the cafe/restaurant. This is not included in the deals but it is necessary to use it if visiting for the day.”

“I thought that the Spa I wanted was the 42.50 voucher but the see more was not obvious and it was miss leading as it was on the map, so it took time to refund then rebook.”

“Had a nice spa treatment but did not have a dressing gown or flip flops so did not feel special. Had to walk to reception in our swimming costume to get towels. Shame”
