“Flights were not direct with travel times of over 11 hours each way alternatively I could have direct flights but had to sign say I accept the new accommodation as changing the flights and paying extra around £240 extra I could no longer stay at the same hotel and had to be down graded to a three star not sure how this play had any starts wholes in the walls stains on the walls mattress was like sleeping on the floor floor was broken wood separated and worn through not to mention no heating and the tv didn’t work plug sockets hanging off of the wall and then my up grade also meant that ai had to pay £69 euro for at taxi to the airport that 2am to get to the airport which mean I couldn’t have the included breakfast as that started at 7:30am awful experience… Rome itself amazing…”

“I am dispute via my credit card company about the holiday. My view is that it showed all the signs of a booking scam. It seemed impossible to contact them early on. When they called it was at steange times of the day (like late evenings or late Sunday afternoon) clear that the person had a limited ability to speak clear English. Looking up their phone number on the internet suggested the number being linked to a booking scam. Their offices were a virtual address in London. Their website was not at all convincing. It was clear that they wanted more money and my payment details. My alarm bells sounded. I emailed prime holidays and asked for a refund. I am unhappy. The dispute goes on. I did not go away at all. It seemed too risky. The whole affair has clouded my attitude towartds Wowcher and unless I get a permanent refund, I will not do business with them again. Sorry Wowcher.”

“Very good but needed to upgrade the flights to avoid spending most of the final day in airport. Hotel was a long way from the city centre but metro is good so not a problem. Hotel is tidy breakfast is cheap, Plastic cups and cheap coffee and food. When I travelled there Rome was hot !”

“3 months since redeeming my voucher I still haven't been contacted by Prime Holidays to book my holiday. Emails ignored, only one of my phone calls answered and was told someone would phone back in 48 hours but they didn't. Tried contacting Wowcher to help but their customer service didn't get back to me either. Don't buy from Prime Holidays. Complete scam and shame on Wowcher for working with them.”

“Very difficult to book, costs and dates are unreliable, book a date and the third party company says it’s not possible for the price or dates chosen, many hidden costs, do not get what you pay for”

“Rome was wonderful, the hotel was adequate at best, the airline made you pay for every little extra, some of which were not available having paid for the,. Lastly, Prime holidays are a bit seedy. Having redeemed my Wowcher, I discovered that the flight times allocated were really outrageous hours. Consequently, getting better flight times cost more.”

“Prime holidays are rubbish poor communication, ignore emails, don't send documents for parking, transfers.really useless. I have emailed them more times than I can say and nothing flight was cancelled, I rearranged it but they set up with their email address so looks like I have no accommodation, no £70 parking, no transfers I paid for.i would like Wowcher to help me as I'm getting nowherem”
