“We dined at your Hard Rock Cafe yesterday and wanted to let you know about our experience and how it was let down by a few things . We were sat down and told our experience started at 1.30 which was perfect apart from the fact our first drinks didn’t come till 25 mins into our time slot. Yes I know the team our busy but when food arrives before drinks this excuse can’t be the main factor of a busy building. My friend who is a fan of cocktails instead of the other drinks invested in the upgrade but I was told out right and rudely I had to do this and pay as it company policy and I had no choice but to spend more money. I would not of minded if we received cocktails on time but the service was so poor on this you can’t be expected to be told you had to upgrade and still have to wait. I myself i am a Prosecco lover so I was even more furious when a table of three near us didn’t have to follow these rules. One girl drank Prosecco while the other had cocktails. I felt I forced into a upgrade that rules didn’t even exist , why was I pressured when other weren’t ? Another thing that was off putting was that our server walked over and right you have 15 mins left for one drink what do you want ? By this time we only had 3 drinks and started actually our experience 30 mins after the time. I strongly believe if you are going to offer a experience each table should be treated the same and not focusing of turning a blind eye on supposed manager policy and overflow other tables with a bottomless experience. To end on a positive note the food was fabulous from the gentleman who bought out dishes to the food quality and the chefs thank you for saving our first hard rock Newcastle experience.”

“The food was delicious however the drinks service was quite slow for bottomless. The restaurant was very busy and the staff were non stop. They apologised for the service. This might be a better experience on a weekday as we went on a Saturday.”
