“Due to unforseen circumstances, with the journey to the Spa day (Panic attack on the way to the treatment), we were unable to use the spa day or treatments and Bannatyne Spa had zero interest in assisting, leaning on their terms and conditions. All understood as they are completly within their rights to do so but we will not deal with a business that doesn't operate with a human intrest”

“The bit about the 3 treatments was unclear, when we got there we was only offered 1 25 mins treatment. And was told the advert from wowcher was wrong. Despite that hiccup, we enjoyed the massage.”
