“Having my priority pass made my recent stay at Hing King airport much more enjoyable as I was able to use one of the airport lounges to relax during my waiting time of a few hours instead of just wandering around the airport.”

“Absolutely dreadful. Tried twice to use this and have been turned away with a queue behind me watching me struggle. I have taken this up with PP (to get a refund ) and been brushed off and ignored. Absolutely do not waste your time and money.”

“I have used my membership a couple of times and have enjoyed the lounges at both Edinburgh and Heathrow (T5). Overall, a great way to travel and when I've had any issues Priority Pass have helped me through it. I've recommended it to a number of friends and family too.”
