“I really enjoyed the afternoon tea I bought 2 for separate occasions, slightly disappointed it was the SAME food choices though, maybe introduce some different options The scones, jam tarts, brownies, flapjacks and fruit cake are delicious, the sandwiches and sausage rolls are amazing and the tea was perfect!!”

“Lovely selection of goodies but would have been nice to have had the choice of a vegetarian only hamper. The pots of cream and butter need to be labelled. I didn't realise there was one of each until I put butter on top of the jam on my scone believing it to be clotted cream. Also, more tea bags are needed. There was one each of classic tea and Earl Grey and as neither of us wanted Earl Grey, we had to flip a coin for the remaining teabag. I was disappointed in the courier who did the "ring and run" style if delivery without waiting for the doot to be opened. The courier left the box in full sun and had I not retrieved it quickly, it could have been ruined. However, i brlieve, overall, the hamper was fresh delicious and good value.”

“Delivered a day early than expected. Arrived in polystyrene box. Food room temperature, not cold as expected. All products fresh and tasty. The only disappointing part was a teaspoon of clotted cream. Had to go and buy extra. Not sure if it’s value for money once the £5.99 postage is added on but it was a nice treat. We would definitely pop into Appleby’s tea room as it’s local to us.”
