“We still have not received delivery of the 2 Pack Luxury Quilted Pillows from Seventh Stitch almost 2 months after making the order. We are not getting any response from emails sent to them. Can someone please help with getting my pillows to me. Thank you”

“I ordered twice and didn’t receive either order , never got refunded either , total scam ! Out of pocket with price of items plus postage price . Almost £30 taken for nothing. Told by seventh stitch to contact Wowcher to refund but nothing from Wowcher or seventh stitch . Will not be using either ever again . Total scam artists !!”

“The pillows delivered are not the ones ordered. I received cheap-looking pillows with 100% polyester microfibre covers. Asked the seller for a refund and was told to send the pillows back with the tracking number. As the delivery to the seller will now cost me even more than I originally paid for the pillows, and considering that I also paid £3.99 per pack for delivery, it looks like a robbery to me.”
