“I received new 4000 pocket sprung mattress last week and already there is a grove where I sleep as though there are no springs in the mattress. I disposed of the old mattress which was also a pocket sprung one but that one returned to its shape, so I don't think I have received the correct mattress?”

“We bought a king size mattress hoping for a real improvement. However, it seems that it although new, it’s not as good an improvement as hoped for. Ours 1,000 spring mattress was actually heavier that the 4,000 spring one. On balance though, I expect it will go on to do a ten-year run before needing replacement. I least I’m hoping so!”

“My order never arrived. Sleepexpress not responded to any communication. Still not had a refund. Contacted wowcher and not had assistance from them either. AVOID AVOID AVOID”

“Choosing the right mattress is very important. After browsing in one or two stores to find the right firmness for me I felt I knew what was ideal. I decided to go on to the Wowcher website to try and save some money. The choice was unbelievable. I went carefully through the mattress selection and after some serious consideration decided the Cashmere King Size mattress suited my needs best. I placed my order and within a week it had been deliverted. I now no longer wake up in the mornings with backache. It pays dividends to make sure the choice is right for you and the savings are great.”
