“Love the Acer Chromebook. Was aware that it was refurbished but seeing labels covering over the front, back and the charger was a little disappointing. Makes it look cheap and unauthentic.”

“Hi. I'm happy with the Acer Chromebook but I didn't receive headphones. I pay for it and send it email to the company twice and still don't have reply from them. I feel very disappointed . Chromebook have some small picksells on the screen but it doesn't matter.”

“My laptop came with the wrong charger, charger for a lenvo laptop is an acer. Laptop turn on for 5minutes. Then switch off so charger doesn't work and now have wasted money and time. Will by return it as soon as. Very disappointed”

“The laptop arrived but after trying to switch it on I have had not been able to use it I have tried to charge it up but there seems to be no power to the computer very disappointed with this item and need advice on how the problem can be resolved please?”
