“The whole service from Wowcher has been absolutely disgusting. You are given a delivery date, this date comes and goes without any contact from them or the delivery people. You take unpaid time off work so you are available for the delivery, never arrived on the date When I queried it they said to allow 3 working days for a response from merchant. At end of the 3rd day they tried delivering it. We refused as it's unacceptable to be given said date then them not even explain or apologize why the delivery date was missed. 2 days off unpaid from work in essence for no reason and then told to allow a further 3 working days for a merchant response with regards to a refund. Will never order from here again”
