“It was a good place to help you disconnect from a busy and crowded city life. We achieve peaceful, solemn and relaxing 2 night break. The location was accessible even thou we used the public transport from London to Diss but preferably you should drive to come to the place. The owner of the property was very kind to re-adjust other guest booking to accommodate me and my wife as we celebrated her new life after cancer, surgery and chemotherapy.”

“Shortly after receiving my reservation number The company contacted me and said I was unable to stay with the dates that I booked, I have been trying to contact them for the last four days, but no one answers the phone. I have tried emailing but I’m still waiting for a response.. So basically, I have paid for two nights stay for my birthday that I Cannot get a refund back on And can’t contact them either As they do not answer the phone or reply to emails. So now I am left with no birthday weekend as double booked my dates and won’t give me a refund either!!! I’m not happy.”

“We stayed for a 2night stay with a wowcher deal. Upon arrival the surroundings were very lovely and the hut itself was beautiful, tidy and very cosy. The sauna and hot tub was very enjoyable. The lights to the hut need fixing as most of them do not work, but we did have a little torch in the hut. The little individual bathroom areas were lovely but could with a bit of a cobweb dust. We paid extra for breakfast but did not eat it on either day as there was mould on the pancakes (cheap packet ones). The kitchen area was also very cobwebby. It was nice to be away but personally I think it's very overpriced for what you get...even with the wowcher deal. I have tried to upload pictures but it won't let me.”
