“Very small but really nice wee day out for younger children. Good selection of animals to see and play park fine for a wee half hour play. Cafe seemed nice. Gift shop very small. We managed to pass a couple of hours with two toddlers but couldn’t pass much longer than that.”

“A small well kept zoo. Loved getting in with the lemurs. Play park was okay for young ones but I had a 9 year old with me so it was a bit boring for her. Spent an hour and a half there so considering the cost of £5 it was worth it.”

“Such a lovely family-friendly space. They are redeveloping the zoo so it's more limited than would otherwise be the case but still worth a visit, especially for families.”

“What's there is good, especially the two walk through areas, and the food from the café is much better than I expected. The entry price is also pretty reasonable. The downside is that there isn't much there at all. I was there a few years ago shortly after they opened, and hoped for a bit more growth than there has been. You'll probably get round it in less than an hour.”
