“never received what i ordered and now im fighting with the merchant Mattress Craft to get a refund because they sent me a cheap nasty mattress and thye are making out they dont know what i ordered or even what thye sent me. how are wowcher not aware of the behaviour of this merchant because i wont be the only person this as happened too. reviews wont be GOOD”

“I am very disappointed with the mattress it is thin and not good quality at all - you sit on it and can hear the springs my old one was much better and I made a big mistake purchasing this thinking it will be of good quality Don’t make the mistake I made It cannot be refunded now due to health and safety but I don’t know how it passed any quality control if it makes spring noises when u just touch it”

“In no way or form was this a luxury extra thick memory foam mattress, once unpacked you could feel every spring within the mattress. It is now in the local tip where it belongs”
